A Unique Botanical Garden in Europe

Just outside of Madrid, the Enchanted Forest, located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, opened in 2011 and offers a space for a day of fun in nature. With your ticket, you can explore the park's paths and labyrinths, featuring over 300 hedge sculptures made from more than 500 plant species across 30,000 square meters. This collection showcases the skills of topiary artists from Europe.

What to See in the Enchanted Forest

During your visit, you will find various enchanted routes, each with unique themes, such as the jungle route, mythology path, birds and tales route, and minerals route. The entrance ticket also allows you to explore exhibitions of cactus, bonsai, and aromatic plants, as well as a collection of crystalline formations in the form of druses and geodes.

Other plans

While the forest takes about two hours to explore, your ticket is valid for the entire day. Visitors can also enjoy a picnic in designated areas. A notable feature is the Barbellido waterfall, one of the few natural waterfalls in the western mountains of Madrid, located near the garden.

Schedules

The Enchanted Forest is open from Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 4 pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the Community of Madrid from 10:30 am to 8 pm.

Reduced Rate

Reduced fare is available for people with disabilities, seniors over 65, and members of large families.
