A Unique Botanical Garden in Europe

Located just outside of the Spanish capital in the municipality of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, the Enchanted Forest opened in 2011 and provides a space for a day of fun in nature. The ticket allows access to the paths and labyrinths featuring over 300 shrub sculptures made from over 500 plant species, spread across 30,000 square meters. The collection illustrates the talent of Europe's topiary artists.

What to See in the Enchanted Forest

Visitors will feel like they are in the movie Edward Scissorhands. Explore various enchanted routes with unique themes, including a jungle route, mythology path, and others, each with original designs. The ticket also provides access to exhibitions of cacti, bonsai, and aromatic plants, as well as crystalline formations like druses and geodes.

Other Plans

The visit takes approximately two hours, but the ticket grants access for the entire day. Additional activities include enjoying a picnic in designated areas. Notably, the Barbellido waterfall, one of the few natural waterfalls in the western mountains of Madrid, is found within the garden.
