Cañada de la Virgen Archaeological Site Tour
We'll meet at Zacateros Street at the agreed time and head west towards the Cañada de la Virgen Archaeological Zone. After a 45-minute drive, we'll arrive at this site to see an important Toltec-Chichimec fortress centuries ago.
We'll visit this archaeological site located on a small plateau surrounded by canyons, showcasing its strategic importance in the past. We'll see three complexes: the House of the Thirteen Heavens, the House of the Longest Night , and the House of the Wind.
Accompanied by an expert guide in archaeology, we'll visit the astronomical observatory, the clock, the necropolis, and the esplanades used by the Toltecs.
