Coyote Canyon Hiking Tour

We will meet in the center of San Miguel de Allende and proceed to the Cañada de la Virgen where the guided hiking tour through Coyote Canyon begins, located west of San Miguel de Allende. The hiking route lasts approximately two hours, during which participants will learn about the local ranches, meadows, canyons, and rivers from a knowledgeable guide. The landscape of the canyon includes an archaeological site of significant importance for the area.

At the end of the route, participants will enjoy a typical ranchera meal featuring fresh cheese, beans, quesadillas, nopales or guacamole, and salads, among other local specialties.

After the meal, we will return to the city to conclude the excursion.

Hiking Route + Abseiling

For those seeking an additional challenge, we offer the option to practice abseiling in the canyon. This descent technique provides a unique opportunity to test your skills under the guidance of an expert, allowing you to descend a height of 50 meters (164 feet).
