We will focus on the city's street food stalls and delicacies such as tamales and tacos during the walking tour.

We will stroll through the streets of the town centre, discovering the most traditional dishes of this part of Mexico. Participants will learn about the culinary tradition of San Miguel de Allende and enjoy 4 tastings with drinks included.

The tour will cover the origins of the various dishes tasted and discuss how many of these recipes have been exported globally.
