Pickup will be at your hotel in San Miguel de Tucumán at 7:30 am, heading to the ruins of San José de Lules to explore sites of Lules Indian evangelization.
Next, we will visit the Los Menhires archaeological reserve, featuring more than 50 megaliths, each with a unique story. Following this, we arrive at Tafi del Valle, a village situated between the Calchaqui valley and Chacopampa plain.
You will have free time for lunch or to explore the 18th-century Conjunto Jesuítico de La Banda. Afterward, we will ascend the Cumbres Calchaquíes mountains, part of the Andes, and arrive at the ruins of Quilmes, learning about the Calchaqui Indians' resistance against Spanish conquest.
