Discover the amazing landscapes of Tafí del Valle and visit the fascinating Quilmes archaeological site, as well as a trip to an authentic winery.

Tafi del Valle and Quilmes Ruins Tour

After hotel pickup, the tour to Tafí del Valle and the Quilmes Ruins begins. A visit to a family winery for a tasting of Argentinian wine is included.

We will follow the Quebrada de Los Sosa river to reach El Mollar, home to over 50 megalithic sculptures, where you will learn about their mysterious origins.

Next, we travel to Tafí del Valle, a small town where you will have free time to explore and enjoy the natural surroundings, including the impressive mountains.

Then, we visit El Infiernillo, the entry point to the Calchaquí Valley, known for its spectacular natural site.

We will head to the Sacred City of Quilmes to meet the Quilmes indigenous community and explore one of the largest pre-Columbian settlements in Argentina, the Quilmes Ruins. Here, you will learn about the Quilmes Indians' customs, traditions, and legacy.

After exploring the ruins, we will travel to Amaicha del Valle for lunch.

Following lunch, there will be a visit to an indigenous winery, where the family member Veronica will explain the wine production process and you will have the opportunity to sample a glass.

After 11.5 hours of activity, we will return to your hotel and conclude the tour.
