Explore the heart of remote northwest Argentina and discover some of its picturesque towns and villages. This is the perfect tour for your stay in San Miguel de Tucuman.
Towns of Tucuman Tour
We will pick you up from your hotel in San Miguel de Tucumán at 2 pm. From there, we head into the town of Yerba Buena, located in the jungle.
From the minibus, we will admire the settlement of Villa Nougues and learn about its history. We continue to the San Javier hill, reached by winding through more than 100 curves. A stop will be made at the Cristo Bendicente statue for a view of the region.
Later on, we'll stop at the village of Raco and El Siambon, home to the Benedictine Convent. After the visit, we will proceed to the El Cadillal Dam to witness the opening of the floodgates on the Salí River.
After five hours, the tour concludes as we return to San Miguel de Tucumán at 7 pm.
