Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields & Val'Quirico Tour

At 9:45 am, pickup from your hotel in Cholula will commence for a tour of three locations: Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields, and Val'Quirico.

After a 45-minute drive, we will arrive at Hacienda de Chautla, an 18th-century estate featuring a large lake and chapel, along with a kitchen displaying Talavera pottery. Guests will visit the English castle located on the estate grounds, which offers views of Latin America's first hydroelectric dam and formerly housed a great hall of arms.

Next, we will proceed to Rancho San Martin to witness extensive lavender fields. Attendees will join a workshop focused on the properties and benefits of lavender, including soap-making. The session concludes with coffee and a pancake flavored with lavender.

Following this, we will head to Val'Quirico, arriving at 2 pm. Guests will have one hour of free time to have lunch and explore this replica of a medieval Italian village, with its narrow streets and stone, adobe, wood, and brick constructions.

We will conclude the tour with a return to your hotel in Cholula at 5 pm.
