Your adventure begins at 9:45 am, when you'll be collected from your hotel in Cholula, preparing for exploration of three enchanting destinations: Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields, and Val'Quirico.

After a scenic 45-minute ride, we will arrive at the Hacienda de Chautla, a historic estate dating back to the 18th century. Here, you will discover a vast lake surrounded by lush nature, visit a charming chapel, and view a notable collection of Talavera pottery in the kitchen. Not to miss is the iconic English castle located on the estate grounds. Within this striking red and white tower, which offers a view of Latin America's inaugural hydroelectric dam, experience the impressive hall that once served as a military armory.

Next, we will proceed to Rancho San Martin, where you will be captivated by the expansive lavender fields, reminiscent of a serene ocean of violet hues. Participate in a workshop focusing on the various properties and uses of lavender, alongside instructions for crafting your own lavender soap. To conclude the workshop, enjoy a delightful coffee and a specially flavored pancake - can you guess the flavor?

Our journey will then take us to Val'Quirico, arriving around 2 pm. Here, you will have an hour of leisure time to enjoy lunch and explore this charming replica of a medieval Italian village.
