Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields & Val'Quirico Tour

At 9:45 am, pickup from your hotel in Cholula will commence for a visit to three locations: Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields and Val'Quirico.

After a 45-minute drive, we’ll arrive at Hacienda de Chautla, an 18th-century estate featuring a lake, chapel, and a kitchen with Talavera pottery. An emblematic English castle on the property will be explored, providing views of Latin America's first hydroelectric dam and its great hall of arms.

Next, we’ll visit Rancho San Martin to experience expansive lavender fields. A workshop will be conducted to educate about the properties and uses of lavender, including making lavender soap. Participants will enjoy coffee and a pancake at the end of the workshop.

Subsequently, at approximately 2 pm, we’ll arrive at Val'Quirico, where you will have an hour of free time to have lunch and explore this replica of a medieval Italian village. The village features narrow streets with stone, adobe, wood, and brick constructions.

We will return to your hotel in Cholula by 5 pm.
