At 9:45 am, hotel pickups in Cholula will commence for a tour of three destinations: Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields, and Val'Quirico.

After a 45-minute drive, the first stop will be Hacienda de Chautla, an 18th-century estate featuring a large lake, a chapel, and a kitchen displaying Talavera pottery. Visitors will also tour the English castle on-site, which overlooks the first hydroelectric dam in Latin America, including a visit to its former great hall of arms.

The tour will then proceed to Rancho San Martin to experience extensive lavender fields. A workshop will be held where participants will learn about the properties and uses of lavender, including making lavender soap. The session concludes with a coffee and a lavender-flavored pancake.

Following this, the group will arrive at Val'Quirico by 2 pm, allowing one hour for lunch and exploration of this medieval Italian village replica. Guests can wander through quaint streets and appreciate the architecture made of stone, adobe, wood, and brick.

The tour will conclude with a return to the Cholula hotel by 5 pm.
