La Malinche National Park Trek
At 6 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cholula and travel to the state of Tlaxcala to La Malinche National Park, where we will embark on a 10-hour hiking route.
We will enter the park and arrive at a hostel located 3100 meters above sea level to begin the hike. The ascent will take us through forests of oyamel, conifers, and pine trees, navigating slopes of up to 45 degrees.
We will stop at an area called Los Arenales to rest and enjoy the views, allowing us to observe the summit of La Malinche volcano more closely.
In the final stretch, we will climb to 4461 meters. Weather permitting, we will have the opportunity to see the chain of volcanoes: Citlaltépetl, Popocatépetl, and Iztaccíhuatl.
Finally, we will return to the hostel to board vehicles for the journey back to Cholula, with an arrival time at your hotel scheduled for 7 pm.
