We will collect you from your hotel in central San Pedro de Atacama at your selected time and drive south for about 30 minutes to reach a canyon with a stream of natural thermal water.

The Puritama Hot Springs consist of seven pools formed from this stream, situated in a scenic area at the foot of the Andes. Upon arrival, you will have 3 hours of free time to enjoy the hot springs.

The thermal waters are up to 33.5ºC (92.3ºF) and contain minerals such as magnesium, sodium, lithium, and potassium. Locals have used these baths for years as a traditional treatment for rheumatism, arthritis, and muscle fatigue.

The site features wooden walkways connecting all eight natural pools and facilities, including bathrooms and a cafe, allowing you to enjoy your time comfortably.

After resting, we will start our return journey to the central square of San Pedro de Atacama, arriving approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes after departure.

Pickup Info

This tour includes pickup from hotels within a radius of 6 miles (10 kilometers) of central San Pedro de Atacama. If your hotel is outside this area, you will need to meet at unit 2, 429B Tocopilla Street.
