We will collect you from your hotel in central San Pedro de Atacama at your chosen time and drive south for about 30 minutes to reach a canyon with a natural thermal water stream.

The Puritama Hot Springs consist of seven pools of geothermal water formed from this stream. After arriving, you will have 3 hours of free time to enjoy the hot springs and take a dip in these natural baths.

The thermal waters reach up to 33.5ºC (92.3ºF) and are rich in minerals such as magnesium, sodium, lithium, and potassium. Locals have utilized these spring baths since before the Spanish conquest as a treatment for rheumatism, arthritis, and muscle fatigue.

The site features wooden walkways connecting all eight natural pools and facilities, including bathrooms and a cafe, making it easy to enjoy your time at the hot springs.

After your visit, we will return to the central square in San Pedro de Atacama, arriving 4 hours and 30 minutes after departure.
