Salt Mountains Day Trip

At the agreed time, we'll meet at unit 2, 429B Tocopilla Street in San Pedro de Atacama. From there, we'll travel to one of the most spectacular places in Moon Valley: The Salt Mountains ("Cordillera de la Sal" in Spanish).

Upon arrival, we'll admire the Salt Mountains, shaped by wind erosion that has created a unique landscape of sand dunes and ancient salt rivers.

We will also see the remains of the Magic Bus, discussing its significance and history in this arid region.

To conclude our experience, we'll watch the sunset over the Salt Mountains, observing the changing colors across the desert. A snack will be provided, including dried fruits, biscuits, juices, a bag of crisps, and a drink of your choice (beer or pisco sour).

After the sunset, we will return to San Pedro de Atacama, concluding the activity after 4 hours, with drop-off at the small square in the town center or another central location.
