San Pedro de Atacama Hot Air Balloon Ride

Enjoy a hot air balloon ride offering views of Moon Valley, the Salt Mountains, and the Andes Mountains. Pickup will be from your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama early in the morning, leading to the lift-off point outside the city.

After a pre-flight tea or coffee, start the ride, witnessing the sunrise over the Atacama Desert. From this area in northern Chile, enjoy a panoramic view of the Andes Mountains along with the Atacama salt flat, Domeyco mountain range, and La Paciencia plains. The flight will also cover the famous Moon Valley in the Antofagasta region, a part of the Los Flamencos National Reserve.

After landing, a breakfast consisting of local products will be provided, including French-style bread, croissants, artisanal jam from Toconao, seasonal fruits, goat's cheese, Inca corn, and grains. Beverages include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or fruit juice.

Return to your hotel will occur approximately 3 to 4 hours post-pickup.
