Concepción City Tour

On this tour of Concepción, discover the history of the capital of Biobío. Visit iconic locations such as the University's art gallery and the Monitor Huáscar ship.

Description

At your chosen time, we will collect you from your hotel in Concepción and proceed to the main points of interest in this city, which is the capital of the Chilean region of Biobío.

We will first visit the Plaza de la Independencia Square, where the first act of the emancipation of Chile was signed. Next, we will head to Ecuador Park to visit the History Gallery, featuring dioramas of significant events that have occurred in Concepción.

The tour includes a stop at the art gallery of the University of Concepción, where we will view a display of artworks by Latin American artists, including the notable mural by Mexican artist Jorge González Camarena.

Finally, we will return to the hotels in Concepción after 4 hours together.

Changes to the Itinerary on Saturday and Sunday

On these days, we will follow the same itinerary as described above, except for the University's art gallery. Instead, we will spend more time enjoying the panoramic views of the bay.
