We head towards the dock, where a traditional boat is waiting for us to begin our tour through the mangrove labyrinths. Onboard the boat, we enter a world of greenery and serenity, sailing between narrow channels and natural tunnels formed by the twisted roots of mangroves.

During the tour, our expert guides point out the presence of endemic and migratory birds that inhabit this fragile ecosystem. From elegant white herons to colourful woodpeckers, each species offers a unique and fascinating spectacle as they fly over the mangroves or perch among the branches.

After marveling at the natural beauty of the mangroves, we arrive at a charming restaurant run by a traditional coastal cook and her family. Here, a true feast for the palate awaits us with delicious food prepared with fresh ingredients and recipes handed down from generation to generation. We will taste a variety of typical dishes from the region, from fresh fish ceviches to succulent seafood cooked with authentic flavours that transport us to the heart of the coast (cost not included).

After a satisfying lunch, we continue our adventure with a hike towards the famous Stone Arch, an impressive natural formation that stands majestically above the crystal clear waters of the lagoons.
