Pickup at your hotel in San Ramon is at 8 am for a trip to the Rainforest farm in the province of Junin, known for its organic coffee production.
The farm produces Misha coffee, the most expensive coffee in the world, costing over 1000 dollars per kilo. Upon arrival, you will receive a cup of coffee or ice cream. A tour will follow, focusing on the compost used for crops, highlighting the benefits of this organic material.
Next, visit the Misha Conservation Centre to understand the role of small mammals in coffee production. After this, you will have free time for lunch before continuing with a tour of the coffee, pineapple, and medicinal plant crops, learning about their organic care.
Return to San Ramon is around 6 pm, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
