Rainforest Farm Organic Coffee Tour
Pick-up at your hotel in San Ramon will be at 8 am for a trip to the Rainforest farm in the province of Junin, known for its organic coffee production. Notably, this farm produces Misha coffee, the world’s most expensive coffee, costing over 1000 dollars per kilo.
Upon arrival, you will receive a cup of aromatic coffee or an ice cream. After this, a tour will provide insights into the compost production used for the crops and its benefits as organic material.
Next, a visit to the Misha Conservation Centre will offer information on the care of small mammals involved in the coffee production process.
After the conservatory visit, you will have free time for lunch. Following that, the tour will continue with visits to the coffee, pineapple, and medicinal plant crops, focusing on how they are cultivated to ensure organic and healthy final products.
