Flyover Tour Details

At the indicated time, head to Hangelar airport, where you'll meet your pilot and begin the flyover tour of Cologne. After a brief safety explanation from the pilot, you'll take flight.

You'll fly over the city for 1 hour, observing significant landmarks like Cologne's 515-foot (175-metre) high Gothic cathedral, the Ehrenfeld district, the Colonius communications tower, and the River Rhine. You'll also have views of the modern Lanxess Arena, the Central Station, and the Phantasialand theme park, home to the famous F.L.Y. roller coaster.

After the flyover, you'll return to the takeoff point to conclude the activity.

What Are the Planes Like?

The flight will occur on a Cessna 172 Skyhawk or a similar aircraft, accommodating a maximum of 2 passengers plus the pilot.
