Discover a peculiar Pueblo Mágico nestled in the mountains of the Sierra Madre Occidental on this excursion to Arteaga from Monterrey.

Activity Details

We will pick you up from your hotel in Monterrey at the specified time. Then, we'll depart for the Pueblo Mágico ('Magic Town') of Arteaga.

Upon arrival, we will visit the irrigation canal in the village and then proceed to Alameda Square before reaching the Church of San Isidro Labrador, an 18th-century basilica notable for its large tower.

If you join the excursion on a Sunday, you will have the opportunity to explore the traditional market offering local crafts and typical products. You will have two hours of free time for lunch and souvenir shopping.

Following this, we will visit San Antonio de las Alazanas, known for its apple and quince farms.

Nearby, we will explore the harvesting areas in the Arteaga mountain range, providing panoramic views of the Sierra Madre Occidental.

On our return, we will stop briefly at the village of Mesa de Tablas to enjoy the scenery of Coahuila. We will arrive back at your hotel in Monterrey after 10 hours.

This tour includes pickup from hotels or accommodations located in downtown Monterrey. If you are staying elsewhere, we will meet at Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey.
