Day Trip Details
After picking you up from your hotel in Monterrey, we'll begin our day trip to the Pueblo Mágico Cuatro Ciénegas. The 4-hour journey includes a stop at a small supermarket for snacks before we reach an authentic local restaurant for a typical Coahuilan breakfast.
Next, we'll explore the protected area of Cuatro Ciénegas for 4 hours. The scenery at Poza Azul, the gypsum dunes, and the marble mines offers excellent photo opportunities.
Following this, the trip will continue at the San Marcos River, a natural park where you can enjoy kayaking, paddle surfing, or swimming. You'll have 4 hours of free time to explore and eat at its facilities.
To conclude the trip, we'll visit the center of Cuatro Ciénegas for a guided tour of its streets, traditional architecture, and historical church.
The day trip will end after a total of 18 hours back at your hotel in Monterrey.
