Garcia Caves Trip

At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Monterrey. We will take a one-hour minibus ride to Garcia to explore its impressive caves, with a brief stop for coffee or breakfast on your own.

Upon arrival at the Sierra del Fraile, we will take a cable car to the entrance of the Grutas de García, providing stunning views of the rocky landscape.

Once at the top, we will explore the Garcia Caves, a 2 km long (1.2 mile) network of caverns. A guide will highlight formations like the altar to the Virgin of Guadalupe, the Mirador de la Mano viewpoint, the Salón del Aire, and the Christmas Tree, among others. We will also have the opportunity to experience a cable car ride for unique views.

After the tour of the caves, we will return to your hotel in Monterrey, completing the trip in approximately 3 hours.

This tour includes pickup from hotels or accommodations in downtown Monterrey. For those in other areas, we will meet at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey.
