Museum of the Desert Trip

Discover one of the greatest centers of paleontology in Latin America and learn about the planet's ancient inhabitants when you take this trip to the Desert Museum.

Trip Details

At the chosen time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Monterrey. We will drive for about one and a half hours to Saltillo, where we will stop at the Desert Museum. We will begin a tour of this museum, exploring its relevance to geology, anthropology, paleontology, and biology. As we walk through the venue, we will learn about our planet's past.

The guide will take us through the facilities, showcasing various exhibitions of the Desert Museum, including fossils of dinosaurs, marine animals, and humans, providing insights into the planet's evolution.

After the museum visit, we will return to the minibus and take you back to your hotel in Monterrey.

Timetables

If you choose the tour that starts at 8 am, the tour lasts 10 hours and we return to Monterrey by 6 pm.If you choose the tour that starts at 2 pm, we will follow the same itinerary, but due to limited daylight, the tour lasts 7 hours and we return to Monterrey by 9 pm.

Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels or accommodations in downtown Monterrey. For those staying in other areas, we will meet at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey.
