Museum of the Desert Trip

Discover one of the greatest centers of paleontology in Latin America and learn about the planet's ancient inhabitants at the Desert Museum.

Trip Details

We will pick you up from your hotel in Monterrey at your chosen time. The drive to the city of Saltillo takes about one and a half hours, after which we will stop at the Desert Museum.

We will exit the minibus at Parque de las Maravillas and begin our tour of the museum, which highlights its significance to geology, anthropology, paleontology, and biology. During the visit, we will explore the planet's history.

Accompanied by a guide, we will tour the facilities and exhibitions, discovering fossils of dinosaurs, marine animals, and humans, while learning about the planet's evolution.

After the museum visit, we will return to the minibus to take you back to your hotel in Monterrey.

Timetables

If you choose the tour that starts at 8 am, the tour will last 10 hours and we will return to Monterrey at 6 pm.If you choose the tour that starts at 2 pm, the same itinerary applies, but the tour lasts 7 hours, with return to Monterrey at 9 pm.

Pickup

This tour includes pickup from hotels or accommodations in downtown Monterrey. If staying elsewhere, we will meet at Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey.
