On this tuk-tuk tour of Santa Clara, we'll visit the Che Guevara Mausoleum and other iconic spots in one of Cuba's most historic cities.
Highlights
At the scheduled time, you'll be picked up from your accommodation in Santa Clara in a tuk-tuk, also called a rickshaw, a popular form of transport in this region of Cuba.
During the 3-hour tour, you will explore key locations in the city centre. Your visit includes Leoncio Vidal Park, where you can see the façades of the Teatro la Caridad and the Decorative Arts Museum. Close by, you'll also see the colourful buildings of Santa Clara.
The next stop is the Che Guevara Mausoleum, where you can learn about Guevara's life and see the monument that houses his remains, which were moved to Cuba in 1997.
Afterwards, the tour will take you to the Armoured Train Monument, significant in the battle of Santa Clara.
Finally, you will be returned to your accommodation after approximately 3 hours.
