Flores Island Viewpoints Tour

This tour is designed for those who wish to explore magical places. Pickup will be at 9 am from your hotel. We will start our adventure by visiting the best viewpoints on the island of Flores.

Our first stop will be a natural balcony with views of the villages of Alagoa and Cedros. Next, we will proceed to Ponta Ruiva, where we will ascend to a viewpoint to see Ilhéu Furado, a volcanic rock in the Atlantic.

Following this, our guide will take us to the Carlos Machado Museum, which exhibits agricultural artifacts that capture the cultural essence of the Azores. We will then drive to another viewpoint to see Ponta Delgada and the distant island of Corvo.

Next, we will visit Fajã Grande to see Poço da Ribeira do Ferreiro, accessed by a 2 km trail. This area features a large cliff with waterfalls reaching heights of up to 90 meters.

Opportunities will also be provided to visit Poço do Bacalhau and see the views from the Ponta da Fajã viewpoint, where you might spot the islet of Monchique, the westernmost point of Portugal.
