Abra de Canasi Hike + Snorkelling

At 9:15 am, we'll meet at Abra de Canasí, next to the town of Boca de Canasí, to begin a trekking route through this natural reserve in northern Cuba. First, we will meet a family of fishermen who will welcome us with a breakfast of coffee, toast, and fruit. We will then cross the Canasí River on foot to reach a trail for a 30-minute expedition through a dense forest featuring coves, palms, seedlings, and yagrumas.

Upon reaching La Cazuela, we will have stunning views of the Atlantic, providing great photo opportunities of the clear waters. We will then gear up for snorkelling to explore the sea, observing tropical fish, turtles, and colourful elkhorn corals.

After snorkelling, we will take a break for a light lunch in the forest, which will include a sandwich, an appetizer, fruit, and water. With our energy restored, we will walk back to the meeting point, concluding the experience at 3 pm.
