Day Trip to the Marapé Dunes

On this day trip, we'll make our way south to discover the dunes of Marapé, a unique ecosystem where the river meets the sea.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Maceió for a trip to the Marapé Dunes. The journey will cover 65 kilometres (40 miles) along the coast of Alagoas, passing by Jequiá da Praia municipality.

Near the dunes, we'll board a boat to travel down the Jequiá River, which takes 10 minutes to reach our destination.

Upon arrival at the Marapé Dunes, you'll enjoy an ecological paradise between Duas Barras Beach and the Jequiá River. The surrounding mangroves host a variety of native fauna and flora.

At the dunes, you can sunbathe, swim in warm waters, and engage in activities like offroading to Falésias de Jacarecica do Sul, a boat trip on the Jequiá River, and a mud bath.

The trip concludes 9 hours after pickup with a drop-off at your hotel.
