Day Trip Details

Pickup is at your hotel in Maceió at 8:30 am to board the minibus for the Frances beach, located 40 kilometers to the south. During the journey, we will pass through the historic district of Jaragua, the Museum of Art and Sound, and the Brazilian Statue of Liberty.

After stops for photographs, we’ll reach Praia do Frances in the town of Marechal Deodoro, known for its fine sand and clear sea, historical significance as a pirate ship port.

Next, we will continue to Barra de São Miguel, a tourist destination recognized for surrounding reefs creating a natural pool. Activities such as surfing and diving and traditional rafts can be observed.

We will stop at the Kokal restaurant to enjoy local food. Afterward, we will visit Gunga beach, known for its stunning water colors due to its location amidst the Atlantic Ocean and Roteiro Lake. Free time is provided to explore, relax, or visit the viewpoint.

At 3:30 pm, we will begin the return journey to Maceió. A stop in the Rendeiras neighborhood for shopping is possible. The tour concludes with hotel drop-off between 4:30 and 5 pm.
