Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Huatulco and embark on a 2-hour drive to Puerto Escondido. Our first stop is a local chocolate factory, where you'll learn about cacao production and enjoy a tasting, including mezcal, cured meats, mole, sal de gusano, and chocolate, lasting about 30 minutes.

Next, we will visit the Benito Juárez market, where you'll have 1.5 hours of free time to explore the stands and purchase Oaxacan crafts. Afterward, we will suggest places for lunch at a typical restaurant, with options like fresh seafood and Oaxacan mole.

Post-lunch, we'll visit Playa Carrizalillo for 1 hour, where you can swim or relax. Then, we will go to Playa Zicatela, providing an additional hour to stroll or enjoy a drink as you watch the sunset.

To conclude, you can choose to explore the Adoquín area or participate in a turtle release on the beach for an extra cost. We'll return to Huatulco and drop you off at your hotel after 11 hours.
