Colonia Caroya Wineries Tour & Tasting

In this tour of wineries in Colonia Caroya, we'll discover how the best wines of northern Córdoba are produced. Tasting and lunch included!

Tour Details

The tour begins with a pickup at your hotel in Córdoba and a one-hour drive to Colonia Caroya, a historic wine region. Our first stop is La Caroyense Winery, where a guided tour of the vineyards will provide insights into grape varieties, irrigation methods, vine care, pruning techniques, and soil characteristics. We will explore the vinification rooms and learn about the stages of wine aging, followed by a wine tasting.

Next, we proceed to Los Socavones restaurant at the Terra Camiare winery for a three-course lunch with wine pairings. After lunch, a guided tour of the Terra Camiare winery will cover innovative winemaking techniques.

The tour concludes with our return to Córdoba, lasting between 6 to 8 hours.

Tour Without Lunch

For those short on time, a version of this tour is available without lunch. This option will last 4 hours and exclude the meal at Los Socavones restaurant.

Itinerary Changes

If the wineries are closed on the tour day, we will visit Di Canto and Rosel wineries instead. If the restaurant is unavailable, we will have a comparable three-course meal with wine pairings at another venue.
