Make the most of your time in Cordoba by exploring Alta Gracia, a town surrounded by nature. You'll visit an emblematic hotel, learn about Jesuit legacy, and enter the homes of historical figures.

Day Trip to Alta Gracia

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cordoba and head towards Alta Gracia, approximately 50 minutes away. On the way, there will be a stop at the Miryam Stefford Monument to learn about this famous actress.

Upon arrival, we will visit the Tajamar, an artificial lake built by the Jesuits, and the Jesuit Museum to explore their influence on the town and the lifestyle of the monks. We will also visit the Archeological Museum.

Next, we will explore the town center, including the church of Nuestra Señora de la Merced. Then, we will proceed to Villa Nydia, the Che Guevara House Museum, where we will see rooms from his childhood and a replica of the motorcycle he used during his trip to America.

Afterward, we will visit the house of Manuel de Falla, a museum filled with personal items, furniture, books, photographs, and sheet music written by the composer. The final stop will be at the Virgin of Lourdes Grotto, a significant place for prayer. The trip concludes with a return to Cordoba, dropping you off at your hotels about four hours after pick-up.
