After hotel pickup in Córdoba, we will head to Colonia Caroya, a town known for its handmade sausages. We'll visit the Jesuit Estancia Casa de Caroya, which served as a summer residence for Monserrat school students, and learn about its historical significance.
The excursion continues to Jesús María, notable for the annual Dressage and Folklore Festival. Here, we will explore the Jesuit Estancia of San Isidro Labrador, recognized for its role in regional wine production. The teachings of the Jesuits are still evident in Córdoba, with their monuments listed as a World Heritage Site attesting to their legacy.
