Tour Highlights

We’ll meet at the iconic Morabeza Hotel, the first accommodation ever built on Sal Island. Once everyone has gathered, we’ll start our tour through Santa Maria.

Our journey begins with a stroll down the vibrant main street, lined with bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops. We’ll then head to the North zone to see the first houses that were built in the city.

The tour continues with a visit to the bustling Municipal Market and a stop at the Municipal Fountain, where locals collect water for homes without running services.

Afterward, we’ll visit the Salt Museum to uncover the history of the salt industry that named the island. We’ll conclude our tour at the Pontao de Santa María.

After 3 hours of exploring, learning, and enjoying Santa Maria, we'll say our goodbyes and conclude the tour.
