Laguna Encantada Tour

Join us on a visit to one of the hidden corners of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta on this trip to Laguna Encantada. We'll take a hike and visit Mendihuaca Beach.

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Santa Marta at the time indicated to start our trip to Laguna Encantada. Once aboard the minibus, we'll travel for more than an hour through the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta towards the Mendihuaca River, which feeds Laguna Encantada. We will disembark for a hike followed by an hour-long hiking route along the river, where we will admire the local fauna and flora and see a waterfall.

Upon arriving at Laguna Encantada, we will speak with The Kogi people and meet one of their spiritual leaders. You will have an hour to swim in the lagoon before we return. Afterward, we will head to Mendihuaca Beach to enjoy a picnic with views before concluding our nine-hour trip and dropping you back at your hotel.
