Experience the enchanting town of Minca & its surroundings on this day trip, where you'll embark on a journey through the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, swim amidst the lush rainforest, and immerse yourself in indigenous culture. Plus, delight in the flavors of Colombian coffee and chocolate.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, our team will pick you up from your hotel in Santa Marta, and we'll make our way to Minca, approximately 45 minutes away. Upon arrival, we'll enjoy a cup of coffee and learn about the coffee-making process.

Next, we'll head to the heart of the tropical forest for a refreshing swim in the Minca River and a chance to dive into the turquoise waters of a nearby waterfall. Afterward, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant will be provided.

We will then explore the town of Minca, understanding the transformation of cocoa beans from bean to bar. You will sample various cocoa beans and have the opportunity to create your own chocolate bar.

Finally, we will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from a viewpoint before returning to Santa Marta. We will arrive back at your hotel approximately 9 hours after your initial pickup.
