At 8 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Santa Marta and drive to Zona Bananera, a municipality in the Magdalena region known for its vast fruit plantations.

We'll visit areas such as Riofrío, Orihueca, and Sevilla, each featuring large banana plantations where we will learn about the growth process of bananas.

Additionally, we'll explore significant aspects of Zona Bananera, including the impact of the arrival of the railway and banana plantations in this region of Colombia.

The next destination will be the United Fruit Company factory, where we will tour the facilities and understand the cultivation and export processes of Colombian bananas.

After the factory visit, we'll enjoy a typical Colombian lunch at a local restaurant, with a menu featuring local delicacies that highlight fruits from Zona Bananera.

Once we finish lunch, we will return to your hotel in Santa Marta, expecting to arrive around 4 pm.
