Santander Bay Boat Trip

On our Santander Bay Boat Trip, you will embark on a sightseeing tour of this historic area. Departing at your chosen time, we will meet on the promenade and walk to the quay for a boat trip around Santander Bay.

During the trip, you will enjoy views while a Spanish-speaking skipper explains the history of various locations. The first sight will be Magdalena Palace, built in the early 20th century for King Alfonso XIII. The tour continues to El Sardinero, an exclusive neighborhood known for its long beaches. We will sail towards Cape Mayor and Santa Marina Island, gliding along the coast of other municipalities including Loredo and Somo, known for their expansive sandy beaches surrounded by nature.

Our route also includes the docks connecting Santander with several English port cities and the Botín Centre, designed by architect Renzo Piano, now a symbol of Santander. After 1 hour of sailing, we will return to the starting point.
