Santander Bay Boat Trip

On the Santander Bay Boat Trip, you'll embark on a sightseeing tour, learning about local legends and admiring beautiful beaches and iconic monuments of the Cantabrian capital.

At your chosen time, we will meet on the promenade and walk to the quay to set off on a boat trip around Santander Bay.

During the trip, you will enjoy views while a Spanish-speaking skipper explains the history of various locations. One of the first sights is the Magdalena Palace, built in the early 20th century as a gift for King Alfonso XIII.

The tour continues to El Sardinero, known for its long beaches, then to Cape Mayor and Santa Marina Island, gliding along the coastline of other municipalities like Loredo and Somo, famous for their extensive sandy beaches framed by nature.

We will sail towards the docks of the ferry connecting Santander with several English port cities. The tour also passes by the Botín Centre, designed by architect Renzo Piano, which is a symbol of Santander.

After 1 hour of sailing, we will return to the starting point.
