At 9 am, we will meet at the Tourist Information Centre in Alter do Chão. We will then head to the port where a boat is waiting for our Brazilian Amazon tour.

We will start by sailing around Alter do Chão, circling Verde Lake and enjoying the surrounding tropical greenery with its 14 springs. A stop at the Enchanted Forest will allow for swimming and a 40-minute canoe ride, with sightings of monkeys and sloths possible.

Afterwards, we will circle Ilha do Amor (Love Island) and view its sandy beaches, proceeding to Lake Jacundá and reaching Lake Mureta, where we can walk along the semi-pristine beaches and swim in the Tapajós River, a significant Amazon tributary.

Next, we will cross Lake Jurucuri en route to Pindobal Beach, where we will discuss the importance of rubber in the region. At 1 pm, enjoy 2 hours of free time for lunch; local huts are recommended. After regrouping, we will take a walk along Piranha Lake to admire views of Piraoca Hill.

We will relax on Moca Beach and enjoy a selection of fruits, then conclude our tour with a trip on Crocodile Lake, with the chance to see alligators and otters. Finally, we will drop you off at the starting point in Alter do Chão at 7 pm.
