We will meet up at the time of your choice in the Garden of the Republic to begin a guided tour of Santarém, a route that will take us to fascinating places and charming corners.

We will walk through the so-called Gothic capital of Portugal until we reach the church of Santo Milagro, associated with an event from 1266. Nearby is the church of Santa Maria da Graça, where you can see the tomb of Pedro Álvarez Cabral, the discoverer of Brazil.

We will also pass the convent of São João de Alporão and the 70-foot high Pumpkin Tower, a National Monument known for its unique name.
