We'll meet at Rúa das Casas Reais at the designated time. From here, we'll walk together through the streets of Santiago de Compostela's old town. On this stroll, you'll enjoy the historic city's charm before arriving at the store where we'll do the tasting.

Once we're there, we'll begin this culinary experience with a detailed explanation of the Galician cheeses and wines we'll taste.

We'll discuss Galicia's cheese-making tradition and importance, highlighting the traits and elaboration processes of each of the 5 cheeses selected for the tasting. You'll try a variety of cheeses—from mild and creamy to intense and cured.

Accompanying these cheeses, you'll enjoy a tasting of three Galician wines that have been carefully selected. We'll explain the particularities of each wine, their origin, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques that give them their unique flavor.

You will learn how to identify the notes of aroma and flavor in these wines, enabling you to feel like a true expert by the end of the tasting.

Between 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1.5 hours later, we'll say our goodbyes at the entrance of the store.
