At the designated meeting time, we will gather on one of the streets adjacent to the Cathedral and commence our venture into the historical origins of this essential monument in Santiago de Compostela. Depending on the ticket selected, the total experience will span from 2 to 4.5 hours, concluding at Obradoiro Square, conveniently located next to the iconic west facade of the Cathedral.

Cathedral & Museum Tour (2 Hours)

During this 2-hour option, visit the cathedral museum, where a rich collection of artworks, Romanesque relics, the library, the Chapter House, Cloisters, balconies, and the renowned Codex Calixtinus await you. The journey continues within the cathedral, as we uncover its chapels, the main altar, the Chapel of the Corticela, and the celebrated Botafumeiro. To round off this visit, you will have the opportunity to see the crypt and fulfill the embrace of the Apostle James.

Cathedral, Museum & Pórtico de la Gloria Tour (2.5 Hours)

Following the museum visit, our guided exploration of the Cathedral of Santiago proceeds inside the sacred space. This option includes entry to the Pórtico de la Gloria, recognized as one of the Romanesque treasures crafted by the illustrious Master Mateo. It depicts the celestial Jerusalem and served as an entrance to the Cathedral. The 2.5 hours will pass quickly!

Complete Cathedral Experience (4 Hours)

In this option, in addition to all highlights covered in the earlier choices, you'll ascend to the tower and rooftops. From this elevated position, enjoy breathtaking views of the historical center of the city and the Cathedral itself. This experience offers a comprehensive understanding of one of the most significant pilgrimage centers across the globe within a span of 4 to 4.5 hours.
