Templars Tour

At the scheduled time, you'll meet your Spanish-speaking guide in the centre of Santiago de Compostela, in Plaza Quintana. After a brief explanation about the Knights Templar, the guided walking tour will begin.

First, the tour will take you to the exterior of the Corticela Chapel to admire its façade and learn about its significance as a Templar headquarters.

Next, the group will visit the outside of the Church of Santa Maria do Camiño, another structure linked to the Templars.

To conclude the tour, participants will enter the Collegiate Church of Santa María a Real do Sar to explore its history as an old Templar headquarters and appreciate its architecture and artworks. The tour will conclude with a return to the city centre using public transport.

At the end of the tour, attendees will receive a surprise souvenir related to Santiago and the theme of the tour.
