We'll enter the cradle of the Cuban Revolution on this guided tour of Santiago de Cuba, where we'll visit its main monuments such as the Cathedral or the Moncada Barracks.

Guided Tour of Santiago de Cuba

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Santiago de Cuba for a guided walking tour through the main streets of the city. The tour begins in the historic center, passing the Cathedral of Santiago de Cuba, established in 1514, and several cultural spaces including the Carnival Museum, the Emilio Bacardi Museum, and the Casa de la Trova.

Next, we'll walk along the Malecon, viewing the bay of Santiago de Cuba, and visit the City Hall and the first Casa de América. Discussion will include the Cuban Revolution and a walk through Abel Santamaría Historical Park to see the exterior of the Moncada Barracks, with commentary on Fidel Castro.

We'll continue along Las Enramadas Blvd where you'll have time for shopping. The tour concludes at Céspedes Park after 3 hours.

If you choose the tour with lunch, you will receive a delicious lunch and a welcome mojito at Bodeguita del Medio. The menu includes:

Pickup

The tour includes pickup from hotels in the historic center of Santiago de Cuba. For those staying in private homes or hotels outside the center, such as the Meliá Santiago, the meeting point will be Céspedes Park.
