Description

The adventure begins with hotel pickup in Cusco, heading towards Rainbow Mountain. After a two-hour drive, we will arrive at Kusipata village for a hearty breakfast before continuing for another two-hour journey through Pitumarca, reaching 3570 meters above sea level. The trek starts at a height of 4600 meters (15,000 feet).

We will hike for approximately one hour and 45 minutes to Rainbow Mountain, where we will take time to appreciate the natural beauty and capture photographs. The return trip involves retracing our steps downhill, making it easier on the way back.

Following the hike, we will return to Kusipata for a buffet lunch and then travel back to central Cusco, concluding this 14 to 15-hour excursion.

Hotel pickup occurs between 4 am - 4:40 am, depending on accommodation location. Alternative meeting points will be provided for hotels in other areas.

This route is relatively difficult. It is recommended for those in good shape; individuals with heart conditions should not participate.The tour is conducted at high altitudes, reaching approximately 16,400 ft (5,200 meters) above sea level. It lasts around an hour and 40 minutes, and acclimatization in Cusco is advised.
