Sacred Valley of the Incas Arts & Crafts Tour

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to start a handicraft tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a unique way to visit this area of the Peruvian Andes.

Our first stop will be Pisac, a noteworthy archaeological complex located atop a hill, which is one of the most significant archaeological sites in the Sacred Valley.

Next, we will visit the ceramic workshop of Vicente Rayo, a well-known artisan in the Cusco region. Here, we'll learn about Cusco pottery traditions and production methods used by the Incas, and you will have the opportunity to take home a piece of pottery.

After lunch, we'll head to Ollantaytambo to tour its ruins, one of the most representative complexes of the Inca Empire. We will also visit the site's main temple to gain insights into Incan astronomy.

Before concluding the tour, we will go to Chinchero, where we will visit its square, the ancient Inca walls, and enjoy the landscape of agricultural fields and the snow-capped peaks of the Cordillera.

After approximately 10 hours, we will return you to your accommodation in Cusco.
