Are you passionate about architecture? Embark on an exploration of the historical heart of Chile's capital as you walk through its vibrant streets, appreciating the stunning palaces and museums from the outside during this complimentary tour of Santiago.

Details of the Complimentary Tour

Our journey will commence at the designated time at the Plaza de Armas, right in front of the National History Museum. Are you prepared to discover the city? While we won't step inside museums, palaces, or monuments, we will admire their breathtaking architecture and uncover their fascinating histories from our vantage points.

Following a brief orientation, we will make our way to the Palacio de los Tribunales de Justicia de Santiago (Courts of Justice Palace of Santiago) and the Former National Congress Building. After admiring these two remarkable structures from the outside, our free tour will lead us to the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art and the Palacio de la Moneda (La Moneda Palace), the current official residence of the President of Chile.

Our exploration will continue as we arrive at the Larraín Palace, where we can appreciate its exquisite Neo-Rococo and Art Nouveau design. Next, we will take the metro to visit the Barrio París-Londres. Ever wondered about the origin of this neighborhood's name? You'll find out during our visit! We will then take a leisurely stroll past three significant statues within this area: the Palacio de la Bolsa de Santiago (Santiago Stock Exchange Palace), the Edificio Ariztía, and the San Francisco Church.

Our following stop will be in front of the illustrious Teatro Municipal de Santiago (Municipal Theatre of Santiago or National Opera of Chile), which is located in close proximity to the Cerro de Santa Lucía, one of the city's most historic landmarks. Curious about its significance? Soon you'll find out! We will then proceed to Forestal Park to take in the striking facade of the National Museum of Fine Arts, which is renowned for its captivating Art Nouveau style.

In conclusion, after approximately 2.5 hours of exploration, we will wrap up this complimentary tour of Santiago in Lastarria, a neighborhood celebrated for its artistic and bohemian atmosphere.
