Parnaíba River Delta Private 4x4 Tour

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Barreirinhas to begin a private 4x4 tour through dune fields until we reach the Parnaíba River Delta.

Upon arrival, we'll stop in Tutóia and take a speedboat to explore the delta's main points of interest. We'll pass by the ship cemetery and stop at Caju Island for a swim.

Continuing on the Igarapés, we will learn about the local fauna and flora and observe a crab hunting demonstration. We'll also stop at Melancieira Bay to appreciate its lakes surrounded by sand mountains.

We will take an hour for lunch and relaxation in hammocks by the sea.

Next, we'll journey by 4x4 to a scarlet ibis refuge to observe these colorful birds in flight. As the sun sets, we will start our return journey, providing a remarkable view.

Arrival at your hotel is scheduled for approximately 7:30 pm.
