Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Santo Amaro do Maranhão to start exploring two fascinating lakes of the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. First, we’ll approach Lagoa Santo Amaro and board a speedboat for a ride lasting about 15 minutes to the vicinity of Lagoa das Américas.

Upon arrival, we’ll take a short walk to the second lake, where you’ll have two hours of free time to explore the landscapes and take photos. You can stroll along the dunes on the shores and swim in the crystalline waters of Lagoa das Américas. Visiting other small lakes in the surrounding area is also an option, showcasing the natural landscape characteristic of the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park.

Finally, we’ll walk back to the speedboat. After 3.5 hours of activity, we'll finish the tour and return you to your hotel by minibus.

This tour includes pickup from hotels in the centre of Santo Amaro do Maranhão, except for the following hotels, where pickup is not available: Sábanas Zaya, Pacas Suites y Chalets, Sábanas de la Casa Oiá or hotels in Olho d’Água dos Pereira.
