Hike to El Habitáculo Waterfall

Tour Details

We'll pick you up at the indicated time at Plaza Paraíso and from here we'll start our journey from Santo Domingo to Los Cacaos, within the province of San Cristóbal.

Upon arrival, we'll begin our hiking route to El Habitáculo waterfall. The hike lasts approximately one to two hours, leading through the landscapes of the Dominican Republic's interior. Duration may vary depending on the group's pace.

At the waterfall, we'll have a nourishing snack. Enjoy a chicken sandwich served on macadamia bread with raisins. Vegetarian or vegan options are also available.

Once re-energized, we'll start our descent back to the starting point, taking a different route to enjoy the waterfall. This route includes a small rappelling activity near the waterfall.

Back at the starting point, we'll sit down to a Dominican-style lunch, which includes chicken stew, white rice, red beans, and salad.

After 10 hours of nature and adventure, we'll head back to Santo Domingo.
