Boat Tour Details

If you're in Portonovo and want to explore one of the Galician paradises, you can't miss the Cíes Islands. At the indicated time, we'll meet at Rúa Rafael Pico where the ferry to the islands departs.

You'll have the whole day to explore this impressive Galician enclave considered to be one of the greatest treasures of Spain. You can go hiking or enjoy its long beaches and crystal clear waters, with Rodas Beach being highly recommended.

At 7 pm, you'll need to be at the port to return by ferry to Portonovo.

Want To Return Another Day?

If you wish to return another day, indicate this during the booking process. Camping on the islands requires prior authorization from the Galician Government.

Guided Tours in Low Season

In low season (October 1 - May 14), the ticket to the Cíes Islands includes a 1-hour tour with an official guide, as visiting the islands independently is prohibited. The guide will accompany you and explain key information about the history, fauna, and flora of the archipelago. This guided visit is not available during the 10 days of the high season of Holy Week.

Authorization From the Xunta de Galicia

During high season (May 15 - September 30, including Easter week), bring your own authorization from the Xunta de Galicia to access the Cíes Islands, which we will send via email. For the rest of the year, the guide will have it on the tour day.

Authorization for Campers

If you stay at a campsite on the Cíes Islands, the campsite must process the authorization. For cancellation, the campsite must cancel first, affecting your boat tickets. Once an authorization is linked to a shipping company, it cannot be switched to another company without cancellation.
