On this excursion to the Ons and Sálvora islands, we'll set sail from Portonovo on the estuaries of Pontevedra and Arosa towards these two enclaves of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

At the indicated time, we'll depart by ferry from the Portonovo dock towards the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

After 35 minutes of sailing on the Pontevedra estuary, we'll arrive at Ons Island. Once we disembark, you'll have 3.5 hours of free time in this enclave of crystal-clear waters.

You can take advantage of your free time to relax on its beaches, have a picnic, or stroll along the island's trails. One recommended path leads to the lighthouse of Ons.

After free time on Ons, we'll meet again at the pier to continue sailing. This time, we'll sail for 35 minutes towards the Arosa estuary, where Sálvora Island is located.

Due to the protected nature of the enclave, we'll walk with a guide along the paths of Sálvora, seeing the sculpture of the mermaid, the hermitage, and the lighthouse. At the end of the visit to Sálvora, we'll return to the ferry to sail back to the island of Ons to pick up other passengers.

Finally, at 7:30 pm we'll set sail from the dock of Ons Island back to Portonovo.

Important: Authorization to visit Ons and Sálvora Islands

Ons and Sálvora are protected areas with a daily visitor quota, necessitating authorization from the Xunta de Galicia. The local tour company will handle this process, requiring all necessary information during booking; failure to do so may result in denied access. After processing, you'll receive the authorization via email, which must be presented alongside your voucher. If you need to cancel, provide at least 15 days notice with the name of the absent individual for removal from the list.
