On this excursion to the Ons and Sálvora islands, we'll set sail from Portonovo towards these two enclaves of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia.

Ons & Sálvora Islands Day Trip

We will depart by ferry from the Portonovo dock towards the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia at the scheduled time.

After 35 minutes sailing on the Pontevedra estuary, we will arrive at Ons Island, where you will have 3.5 hours of free time. You can relax on its beaches, have a picnic, or stroll along the island's trails, including one that leads to the lighthouse.

After our time on Ons, we will meet at the pier to sail for 35 minutes towards Sálvora Island located in the Arosa estuary.

Due to the protected nature of Sálvora, we will walk with a guide along designated paths, seeing the sculpture of the mermaid, the hermitage, and the lighthouse. After the visit, we will sail back to Ons Island to pick up other passengers.

Finally, at 7:30 pm we will depart from Ons Island back to Portonovo.

Important: Authorization to visit Ons and Sálvora Islands

Access to Ons and Sálvora is regulated with a daily quota. An authorization from the Xunta de Galicia is required for visitors, which the local tour company will process. It is important to provide valid information during booking to ensure access.

After processing, you will receive the authorization by e-mail, which must be brought along with your voucher, either printed or on your cell phone.

If you cannot attend, you must give at least 15 days notice and provide the name of the person who will be absent for the Xunta de Galicia to remove them from the list.
