On this tour of Aracaju, we'll explore the capital of the state of Sergipe, visiting key monuments and Praia de Aruana.
Description
We will pick you up at your hotel between 7:30 and 8:40 am, and at 9 am, the tour of Aracaju will commence, combining walking and minibus rides for a comprehensive experience.
The first stop will be at Largo da Gente Sergipana, featuring eight sculptures that honor the folkloric manifestations of Sergipe.
Next, we will explore the municipal market of Aracaju and the Albano Franco market for an hour, highlighting Brazilian cuisine and local handicrafts.
We will then ascend San Antonio hill, which is significant to the history of this city, offering a panoramic view of Aracaju.
Our visit will include the Metropolitan Cathedral, a late 19th-century religious building with neo-classical and neo-gothic elements. Nearby, we will observe a lace-making technique recognized as Cultural Heritage of Brazil.
The tour concludes at Praia de Aruana, where you will have two and a half hours for lunch and swimming. We will drop you off at your hotel between 3:30 pm and 4 pm.
